In the worlds of a Greater Powers, the shield is one of the most powerful pieces of equipment a fighter could possess. For not only can shields block incoming strikes, most of these defensive armaments are also able to absorb magical damage and concussive shock as well, due to a series of enchanted manufacturing methods and intensive enchantment.

And to find a good shield with this level of artistic craftsmanship is an epic and beautiful find.
